Our return policy is simple. If you don't love DONIELI, we will refund every penny.

For 30 days after you purchase, if you have any issues you can simply email us for a FULL refund or replacement.

You can even keep the product, no return necessary. We want you to feel safe in choosing to make the switch!

Orders over £50.00 do not follow this policy. They must be returned and inspected before processing a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
